VTP stands for Virtual Trunking Protocol. VTP can manage the VLAN database on the other switch by adding, deleting, or modifying its database.
Example :
We have 3 switches that enabled VTP. All switches have joined as one VTP domain. One switch ack as the VTP server, other is the client. We create only VLAN on the VTP server then other switches will get those VLANs from the VTP switch server.
